The Land Change Science and Remote Sensing Lab focuses on the use of (interpretation and analysis of) remote sensing / satellite imagery and air photos, and GIS to investigate land-cover and land-use changes and the drivers of these changes. Students who work in the lab have investigated land-use/cover changes in Southeast Asia, Melanesia, Africa, Fort Collins and Colorado, Alaska, and Canada.
