Biography

Tianna is a second-year Master’s student at Colorado State University studying Biological Anthropology under Dr. Mica Glantz. Her research interests center on hominin cannibalism, mortuary behaviors, and ritual.

Tianna’s field experience includes work at Cova Gran de Santa Linya, where she investigated Middle/Upper Paleolithic Neandertal activity through archaeological excavation and laboratory analysis. Additionally, she has excavated Byzantine deposits in Croatia, worked on a Museum of the Rockies paleontology dig, and completed CSU’s Archaeological Field School at Pinson Mounds State Archaeological Park.
